Shannon Paine joined the Pivot Team after almost 16 years with JRCC in central Washington state. Her career there encompassed a variety of leadership roles, ultimately culminating in responsibility for not just office operations, but accounting and recruiting as well. Always passionate about restoration, she holds several IICRC certifications and has even served on the planning committee for the Restoration Industry Association (RIA).
Shannon is a co-owner of Epic Estimates, which speaks to her wide-ranging industry expertise. And she is mother to 3 active children which further speaks to her energy and patience! Committed to excellence, she supports Pivot members with her extensive experience and ceaseless dedication.
